Ah, Winifred — the life of the party and the first to slip off her shoes. This rosé from Burgenland is a riot of personality, made from Blaufränkisch and Zweigelt grown on gravelly soils that keep the vines on their toes. Pressed straight to barrel and aged on lees for eight months (no sulphur, thank you very much), it’s juicy, bright, and a little bit wild. Expect tart raspberry and fresh strawberry up front, a little black fruit in the wings, and a swirl of florals to keep things fragrant. She's unfined, unfiltered, and seriously charming — the kind of bottle that disappears before you realise you’ve fallen in love.
