Grosset G110 Riesling 2025
Made from a single clone grown in a very specific patch of the Rockwood Vineyard in Clare Valley. It’s like the VIP section of Riesling. Expect a nose that’s a bouquet of lime zest, green apple, and a hint of flint. On the palate, it’s all about precision—crisp, clean, and with a finish that lingers longer than your last holiday. Aged on lees for added texture, this is Riesling with a capital R.
In their words - Single clone. Single vineyard. Grown on ancient 800-million-year-old red rock at Grosset Rockwood Vineyard, certified biodynamic in the Clare Valley. Hand-picked, free-run juice only, with extended lees ageing for texture and purity. White flowers, talc and lime blossom — delicate and compelling. Textural and layered, chalk-driven minerality frames an integrated lime core with quiet intensity. Precise and unadorned — extended lees ageing reveals rather than masks the site’s ancient geological character. The finish lingers — pure, dry, and fine. 150 cases made

Critics thoughts - The 2025 G110 Riesling is light, talcy, fine and even dusty—akin to dried flowers. In the mouth, the wine is savory. It exists more on the spice register than the fruit; it speaks of turmeric and dried mint, crushed fennel seeds and something toasted, like wood-fired chestnuts. There are notes of pink grapefruit, dried lavender, lime zest and seaside daisies. This is quite a distinct release for G110—it seems to play up on the exoticism and the detail and down on the inherent lime-fruit character that so typifies Clare Valley Riesling. 96 points Erin Larkin, The Wine Advocate US
