Direct pressed Pinot Noir with a touch of oxidisation during fermentation. Savoury, salty and packed with juice. Somewhere between a rosé and a light red (preferably chilled).

Good Intentions Wine Co make wines in Mount Gambier, beside a dormant volcano that breeds the flinty and mineral soils of their surrounds. Andrew and Louise have a minimalist approach, harvest by hand and ferment with indigenous yeasts and low intervention. Always unfined and unfiltered.
