Funaro Nero d'Avola 2021
Grapes from the Salemi estate, situated approximately 140 meters above sea level, grow in soil rich in organic matter with a loamy-clayey structure and a pebbly skeleton. The grapes undergo maceration for around 10 days and are vinified in steel vats at a constant temperature of 20°C. Following natural malolactic fermentation, the wine matures in steel before bottling and refinement. Ruby red with purple hues, it boasts a fruity bouquet with red fruit hints and a rich mouthfeel, characterised by Nero d’Avola's typical acidity, ensuring a lasting taste-olfactory persistence.
