Frogmore Creek Riesling Iced Riesling 375ml

This delicious nectar is crafted by picking well ripened Riesling fruit, pressing, gravity settling and then racking off the clear juice into a refrigerated tank that cools to zero degrees Celsius. At this temperature water starts to crystalize, removing these ice crystals leaves behind concentrated juice, that is then fermented until residual sugar reaches around 200 grams.  Bottled on site and ready for you to enjoy over pavlova and fruit salads!
