The Manzoni Bianco variety is a genetic cross between Riesling and Pinot Blanc, it is super aromatic and leans into the 'Amber' world, fermentated on skins in cement tanks, followed by 7 months aging in Acacia casks, this wine is all about acidity and length, crisp, textural and with wonderful minerality.
