In their words - A Pays d’Oc white blend of Grenache Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc & Colombard. It shows fresh citrus and white floral aromas. On the palate, clean and fresh with some nice warming mid-palate weight. The clay-limestone soil is very rocky and benefits from a dry climate in summer that limits yields.
