More magic from Box Grove Vineyard, grown on the sandy soils where the whites thrive. Two separate picks — half on Roussanne rootstock, the other on Cabernet. Some carbonic, some destemmed, all wild. Five days on skins, then split between old oak and stainless.

Fresh, juicy, and totally unfiltered in spirit.
Strawberries, nashi pear, mandarin peel and white florals lead the charge, backed by hints of Turkish delight, blood orange, and a flicker of spice. The palate’s fleshy and vibrant with a light chalky pucker and a little phenolic grip on the finish.

Speedo vino. Ninja-picked. Best served with speed dealers and zero fear of the jazz.

Pair it with:
Grilled peach and burrata salad, spicy tofu bao, or a bánh xèo loaded with herbs and lime. Also loves fried mushrooms, chilli oil noodles, or a bag of salt & vinegar chips on the beach.
