Fervor Nonna Diana Fiano 2025

Named for Nonna Diana, this is Fervor’s warm-hearted meeting of two Italian varieties and two Great Southern districts. Fiano from Mount Barker and Vermentino from Frankland River are given thoughtful skin and lees work, building savoury texture while keeping the wine bright.

Nashi pear and honeydew provide the generous fruit, followed by citrus, almond and a gentle run of spice. The palate has real presence without becoming weighty, finishing fresh, dry and quietly nutty. It feels personal, characterful and made with a very steady hand.
