Fermoy Estate Chardonnay 2022

Vibrant aromas of white blossom, yellow grapefruit, and fresh pineapple, alongside hints of lightly toasted almond and kaffir lime leaf complexity. On the palate, it displays a delicate yet succulent texture, with grapefruit, lime, and white peach flavors complemented by subtle notes of sea spray, salted limes, and toasted nuts. Balanced acidity adds to the wine's texture and substance. Produced through natural fermentation with wild yeast and partial malolactic fermentation, it was aged for 9 months in a combination of 25% new and older French oak barriques, resulting in a harmonious blend with both complexity and finesse, bottled after minimal fining and filtration.
