Harvested in the freezing early morning, the grapes arrive at the winery at just 3°C, preserving incredible freshness and purity. The nose is beautifully delicate, with hints of flint, saffron, orange blossom and a touch of spice. Take a sip and things get seriously interesting. Juicy peach, ripe nectarine, mango and melon burst onto the palate, delivering an almost exotic richness. There's a lovely touch of sweetness, but don't be fooled into thinking this is your typical sweet wine. A thrilling rush of natural acidity sweeps through, balancing the richness and leaving everything feeling wonderfully fresh. The finish is long, vibrant and beautifully clean, with lingering citrus and tropical fruit. A delicious balancing act between sweetness and acidity that makes you want to go straight back for another glass.
