The OG gateway wine into the wonderful world of Aromatic whites.  Riesling, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer, Muscat, Pinot Blanc and Sylvaner. Bright pale straw to straw colour with a watery hue. Fragrant pear, lychee and rosewater aromas are trailed by hints of musk and ginger spice. Lively pear and lychee fruits overlay infusions of musk and faint ginger spice. Finishes dry with brisk acidity and an elegant yet long aftertaste.

Meaning: "Gentil" comes from the Latin for "clan" or "nation," but in wine, it implies nobility or good quality.

Blending Rules: A Gentil blend must contain a minimum of 50% of the noble grapes (Riesling, Muscat, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer).
