This Blanc de Noir shows grapefruit, green apple with hints of roasted almonds on the nose. Clean and crisp palate with fantastic balance between acid and sweetness.

All Emmalane wines come from one of four sites in the Adelaide Hills: Echunga, Lenswood, Lobethal and Forreston. The vineyards are farmed with sustainability front of mind. Carbon neutral, utilising solar, organic compost, permanent cover crops and winter grazing to minimise environmental impact. Made with minimal additions and filtration.
