Dormilona Orenji 2026

A friendly introduction to orange wine rather than a full-on funk festival. This Semillon-led blend spends two weeks on skins, followed by fermentation and maturation in concrete egg and barrel. Blood orange, mandarin peel, guava and grapefruit meet hay, nuttiness and a savoury clay-like note. Dry and energetic, with fine tannin and a saline, properly moreish finish.
