Dormilona Cupid Chenin Blanc 2025

Cupid is Jo Perry’s affectionate take on Chenin Blanc, made from certified-organic fruit grown around Yallingup. The grapes are destemmed into a concrete egg and fermented on their skins, completing malolactic conversion before a short period of maturation and hand bottling.

That skin contact gives the wine more than colour. Quince, pear and citrus peel sit beside chamomile and a gentle waxy note, while a fine, tea-like grip gives shape to the finish. It is expressive and textural, but still unmistakably fresh.
