Dormilona Blanco 2026

Jo Perry makes Dormilona in a small Margaret River shed, keeping the process practical, hands-on and refreshingly free of ceremony. Hand-picked Semillon is naturally fermented, rested with its lees and bottled with minimal handling, retaining the gentle cloudiness and energy of the wine.

Lemon and green apple provide the clean, bright core, with fresh herbs and a softly savoury coastal note around the edges. There is texture here, but no heaviness: just a lively, honest white with a slightly wild streak and plenty of personality.
