AKA is a red that has no interest in behaving like a heavyweight. Tempranillo, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon receive only brief skin contact before being pressed to tank for a cool ferment and natural malolactic conversion. That short, gentle extraction keeps everything bright and wonderfully supple.

Red cherry, currant and plum tumble across the palate, followed by sage and soft spice. The tannins barely raise their voice, leaving a juicy, lightly savoury wine that feels spontaneous, energetic and unmistakably Dormilona.
