NV Dominique Portet Sparkling Rosé

A blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from vineyards 250m above sea level in the Upper Yarra. These vineyards have enjoyed perfect growing conditions in recent years, with warm days, cool nights, and minimal rain, allowing the fruit to ripen slowly and develop superb flavours. Handpicked and gently pressed before fermentation, followed by two years of bottle ageing in temperature controlled cellars.

This wine is a beautiful pale pink, with big bright strawberry fruit flavours, and seriously good length
