NV Dominique Portet Sparkling Rosé

A blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from vineyards 250m above sea level in the Upper Yarra. Handpicked and gently pressed before fermentation, followed by two years of bottle ageing in temperature controlled cellars.
