Domaine Labet, located in Rotalier in the southern Jura region ( Sud-Révermont ), is one of the finest Jura wine producers . This small wine region, east of Burgundy, is relatively unknown. Yet, it boasts a rich, long history and winemaking tradition. Today, Jura wines, especially those from the finest winemakers, are highly sought after worldwide .

A highly aromatic sparkling wine with rich aromas of ripe apple and overripe pear, along with fresh citrus and lime. The wine is intense on the palate, with aromas of overripe white fruit and a light buttery note. Beautifully balanced, with a fine mousse.
