Domaine de Cassiopée sits on the eastern end within close proximity to the premier cru vineyards.

25 year old vines high up in Sampigny. The wine was raised in old wood and 10% in earthenware, neither fined nor filtered, with just a touch of sulphur added at the bottling. Pale lemon, with a fairly ‘natural’ nose, some reduction though more like grilled sesame says Talloulah. Piercing white fruit, much broader than many an Aligoté, medium length. Drink from 2024-2026.
