Domaine Arnaud Baillot Mersault Blanc 2022

In their words -  Vineyard is located in Meursault, at the centre of the four towns that are part of the Cote de Beaune known as the Cote des Blancs. Meursault’s vineyard is the most extensive of the Cote de Beaune, where approximately 30 percent are premier crus and 70 percent are village vineyards.

Sustainable agriculture. Manual harvesting with grape sorting and parcel-by-parcel ripeness monitoring. Fermentation in oak barrels and aged for 12 months in Burgundy oak (25% new oak). Bottled unfiltered.

Beautiful gold colour, great aromatic profile of honey, linden flower, hazelnut butter, chamomile and hawthorn.  Silky and round on the palate that finishes long with flavours of yellow plum and gingerbread.
