The nose is greeted with vibrant aromas of ripe cherry and dried raspberry, complemented by subtle notes of dried herbs and stony minerality. On the palate, it presents a medium-bodied profile with a silky texture, showcasing flavours of red berries, mixed spice, and a touch of forest floor. The finish is clean and precise, reflecting the meticulous winemaking approach of brothers James and Matt Dicey.
