Bindi Dhillon Glenhope Chardonnay 2024

Crafted from the esteemed Glenhope vineyard in Macedon Ranges, this wine represents our second endeavor with this nearly 30-year-old site. Situated at 450m elevation on granite soil, mirroring our Bindi Chardonnays, the grapes undergo a meticulous process. After destemming, the berries are pressed, and the juice flows directly into barrels, with around 30% new French oak. Fermentation occurs naturally, and the wine rests on lees for ten months before bottling.
