Dal Zotto Pucino Vintage Prosecco 2024

A definite step up from non-vintage and, while it shares the same high level of joyful prosecco exuberance, there is added depth of flavour and a rousing savouriness that shows the serious side to the grape. Scents flow from floral through to citrus with green apple and honeydew melon. A lasting note of preserved lemon savouriness brings an intensity of flavour to the palate that resonates.
