Born from old, ungrafted vines clinging to maple trees (yes, really), this garagiste gem from the rugged Monti Sibillini is as wild-hearted as it sounds. Made mostly from Trebbiano, it’s direct pressed and aged in large oak without any fuss – no battonage, no filtering, just pure, old-school craftsmanship. Peach, marzipan and almond drift from the glass, followed by hazelnut and savoury notes once it’s had a moment to breathe.
