Made from 100% Albariño in Rías Baixas, it uses the best free-run juice to keep the fruit clean, bright and wonderfully pure. Peach and apricot lead the charge, with pineapple and passionfruit adding a little extra sunshine. White flowers and orange blossom bring plenty of lift, followed by a fresh squeeze of citrus. The palate is dry, rounded and juicy, with that lovely combination of ripe fruit and energetic acidity. A subtle mineral, almost salty edge gives it the unmistakable Atlantic character Rías Baixas does so well. There’s plenty of flavour without it ever becoming heavy or overdone. Fresh, aromatic and seriously easy to get along with – classic Albariño doing exactly what you want it to do.
