Fresh, bright and uncomplicated in all the right ways, this is classic Treviso Prosecco with plenty of personality. Made entirely from Glera, it opens with green apple, citrus peel and white flowers, alongside some more exotic hints of banana and lychee. There’s a subtle yeasty note underneath the fruit that adds a little extra complexity without getting in the way of all that freshness. The bubbles are fine and persistent, giving the palate a lively, energetic feel. Made using the Martinotti method, with secondary fermentation in pressurised stainless-steel tanks, it’s all about preserving that fresh, aromatic character. Dry and crisp through the palate, with gentle fruitiness, bright acidity and a clean mineral streak. An easy-going, properly refreshing style of Prosecco that delivers far more character than you might expect.
