This is Chenin Blanc with serious soul — rich, exotic, and finely sculpted from start to finish. Hand-harvested six weeks after the estate’s earlier cuvée, the fruit shows a gentle touch of botrytis, bringing intensity and elegance in equal measure. The nose is a heady swirl of mango, white peach, honey and honeysuckle — like walking through a fruit orchard at golden hour. Aged in concrete on full lees for a year, then rested in bottle for two more, it delivers that magic triptych of volume, tension and persistence.

Just three grams of residual sugar means it's technically dry, but there’s a whisper of sweetness that rounds things out beautifully. A biodynamic Chenin that balances opulence and poise — textured, lifted, and unforgettable.
