This little beauty has been the Chalmers family’s white-wine calling card since the early days, and it continues to show off like the overachiever it is. Pressed and wild-fermented in tank, it hums with vibrant energy and that effortless charm only Vermentino can muster. Lift the glass and you’ll find lemon sherbet dancing about with marzipan, a whisper of oyster shell and a cheeky flick of pine needle. On the palate it’s brisk, salty, mineral and absolutely driven, with natural acidity giving it a lovely zip from start to finish.
