Les Chambines is Ploussard in a whisper—delicate, lifted, and quietly complex. From a steep 0.6-hectare slope nestled between La Rouge and Les Charots, this west-facing plot gives Benjamin Benoit's lightest, most graceful expression of the grape. In 2022, it nudged a rare 12% ABV, but the wine still floats—laced with red currants, pomegranate, and a brush of dainty spice. Fermented with native yeasts in steel and entirely destemmed by hand, it hums with purity, gentle acidity, and a subtle earthiness that feels both rustic and refined. A wine that speaks softly, but says plenty.
