In their words -  The Pinot Shiraz is a deep, rich, crimson red/purple. The nose has alluring aromas of spicy red fruits; think dark plums, ripe tamarillo and brooding dark cherry. The varietal aromas are very compatible and well integrated, with a touch of pepper coming from the Shiraz. On the palate, the blend works well; the Pinot Noir provides the perfumed fruits and silky palate weight, while the Shiraz adds bright fruits, structure and its good framework. It is generously flavoured with moderate tannins. With its vibrant fruit it can be enjoyed at any time (chilled in the warmer months) while also having the structure to serve with food.
