Benromach Contrasts Organic 9 Year Old 700ml

In their words -  Did you know that we are the first Scotch whisky to be certified as organic by the UK Soil Association? 

We achieved this accolade almost 20 years ago, in 2006, and we are proud of the hard work and dedication that goes into making Organic, one of the on-going small batch releases within our Benromach Contrasts range.

Distilled in 2015 and bottled in 2024, Organic has matured for 9 years in Virgin Oak, meaning the casks have not previously contained anything else which leads to a malty, banana and cocoa flavour profile.

In contrast to our Benromach core range, Organic uses unpeated barley so the characteristics are not smoky but instead have more creamy pepper, toasted malt and freshly ground coffee notes
