Ripe cherry and raspberry aromas mingle with a spritz of mint, rosemary, and pepper from 40% carbonic maceration and natural ferment. Aged lightly in old oak puncheons, it retains its vibrant acidity and supple tannins—ready to enjoy now but built to live a few years.
