Aphelion Welkin Grenache 2025

Hand picked and crafted by Rob Mack and Louise Rhodes at Aphelion, this is a light bodied, stand-out Grenache from McLaren Vale. Abundantly aromatic, ripe raspberry and cherry burst from the glass, there's hints of delicate English rose and spice there too. The palate is bright and lively, redcurrant, wild strawberry and a slightly savory edge. Very versatile food wine, pairs beautifully with a selection of cold cuts, tapas or pork cutlets.
