Sven Joschke La Adeline Rosé 2024

A blend of Mataro and Grenache from the Cute Vineyard in Barossa, with a little Biodynamic Cinsault from Smallfry Wines. Handpicked and direct pressed, with the Cinsault stalks left in for a little extra tannin and herbaceousness. Partially fermented in French oak puncheons with minimal sulphur added. Unfined and unfiltered.
