Smoky notes of cherry and black spice, undeniable quality from the Lutruwita lands of Tasmania. 80% of the fruit sourced from Derwent Valley and 20% Tamar Valley, fermented with whole cluster, foot stomped and pressed to old oak casks for 9 months.
