Absolutely zero additives and no added sulphites, this wine is a pure expression of the grape, sourced exclusively from the organic Shay's Flat vineyard in Landsborough, Pyrenees. This vintage offers a captivating bouquet of red berries, cherries, and subtle floral notes, typical for its style, spiced with pepper and red berry fruits.

 On the palate, ripe strawberries and raspberries dominate, accompanied by a slight herbal note and a hint of effervescence that adds an intriguing dimension to the wine.
