Reflecting its origins in the Ellens Ridge vineyard, it showcases a classic line and mineral edge. Crafted as a Reserve Chardonnay release, it undergoes wild fermentation with full solids and wild Malolactic fermentation, resulting in a smoky, flinty palate with a concentrated, saline finish. Aged for 9 months with 30% new oak, it achieves a delicate balance between fruit weight and oak integration, driven by a drop of acidity from Malo.
