Sailor Seeks Horse Huldufolk Chardonnay 2022

2022 was a standout vintage for Chardonnay in the Huon Valley. Just the right combination of weather and yields to create wines of precision and balance. This years bottling is slatey, briney and almost mineral-like in palate weight 

Huldufolk's is a blend of Clone 96 and 95, whole-bunch pressed with full solids straight to 50% new oak and matured for 15 months with no malolactic fermentation. There is depth and palate weight with a waxy quality, aromas of lemon rind, brine and bay leaf spice.
