70% Frappato and 30% Nero D’Avola, the SP68 label is a tribute to the highway that runs past the Azienda Agricola Occhipinti vineyards. These 15yo vines grow at 280 metres above sea level, fermented with indigenous yeasts and 15 days of maceration on skins, but the wine… the wine is a wander through Sicily. Delicate, fresh cut flowers, earthy darkness and sunlit freshness. Biodynamic. Incredible year after year.
