Patsy is a fun-loving, Summer body lady, fresh and tropical. Fleshy fruit, delicious saline and subtle white spices make for another year of stellar textural white from Minim.
Slightly waxy, 65% Fiano and 35% Vermentino left on skins for 12 hours before fermenting in steel, and not much else. Unfined and unfiltered.
