Giacomo Fenocchio Dolcetto d'Alba 2022

Dolcetto from Monforte d’Alba's Bussia zone boasting fresh, fruity aromas of blackberry, violet, cocoa, black pepper, and earthy undertones. The wine presents a vivid expression of the Langhe territory with great presence and generosity of fruit flavours. Grown on a 1-hectare vineyard at 300 meters altitude with clayey, marl, and tuff soils, the 30-year-old vines are harvested in late September. Fermented traditionally in stainless steel tanks without added yeasts and aged for six months. Though not certified organic, the winery practices sustainable agriculture, combining family heritage with newly acquired vineyards to protect and represent its terroir.
