The Assyrtiko variety originated in Santorini, Greece, and slowly traveled across the country. Growing in popularity and eventually finding it's way to Nemea in Corinthia, where Gai'a Wines call home.

A wine with refreshing acidity and intense aromas of lemon, lime, honeysuckle blossoms and tropical fruit. There is an undeniable salinity, and savoury quality that makes for a perfect seafood pairing. Close your eyes and think of Greece!
