In their words - Violets, spice, and perfumed fresh dark fruits. It’s concentrated with velvety tannin and supple black fruits and beautiful balances with a refreshing lingering finish.

The fruit is handpicked and 30% whole bunched pressed and vinified. A minimal amount
of sulfur is added and left in large format and seasoned barrels for a total of 10 months.
