Stefano Lubiana Deep Valley Chardonnay 2022

Chardonnay from award winning Tasmanian winemaker Stefano Lubiana, harvested from their property in Granton, Derwent Valley. Fermentation occured in 20% new oak barriques, with full malolactic fermentation and ageing on lees for 10 months for a truly complex expression. Rich aromas of lemon peel. grape pith, quince, toast and flint give way to a round, creamy palate with a refreshing lick of vibrant acidity.
