70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, the first iteration of Pet Nat from Commune of Buttons, a more refined style. Fermented with indigenous yeast and aged for 18 months on lees. This wine is nuanced and pretty, with a little residual sweetness from the natural fermentation in bottle.
