100% Vermentino picked early to retain acidity, worked by hand with no additives for a true expression of variety and terroir. Aged in custom made terracotta amphorae, resulting in a wine with character that's extremely drinkable.

Chateau Acid is the brainchild of two ex-muso's in the Central Ranges of New South Wales. Their fruit comes from old vines that have been certified organic and farmed using biodynamics since planting.
