Newest release from Yarra Yering, how lucky we are to receive allocation from their 2021 vintage! 100% Pinot Noir, hand-picked and fermented with a small amount of whole bunch. Maturated for 10 months in 30% new French oak barrels.

Red cherry fruits, violets, campari and a side of cured meat. Red cherry fruits dominate the palate with a pinch of Chinese five spice for complexity. A silky elegance combined with a fine tannin structure, enhanced by some inclusion of bunches to produce a medium-bodied yet powerful style. Plenty of tannin to reward some cellaring.
