100% Syrah sourced from a cool climate site in Wallcliffe, just south of the Margaret River township. 25 year old vines grown on gravel soil makes for a dry rose full of spice, red berry and crisp natural acidity. On skins for a mere 30 minutes and fermented on lees for 4 months before bottling.
