Mazi Grenache Rosé 2021

Following a cool fermentation in stainless steel vat, the wine was filtered and bottled with minimal inputs to retain all the key attributes of the fruit grown in the vineyard. Fruits, perfumes and texture. The resulting wine has a lovely lifted nose of violets, and a mix of Asian spices which carry through to a strawberry, musk and tangerine citrus filled palate.
